It means a great deal to know that I can be trusted with responsibilities to assist clients to make informed decisions. I was born and raised in Pretoria and started working as a credit controller in African Bank. I worked for various companies in the financial industry.

Since May 2010 I have been employed at Mooirivier Mediese Fondse CC up to October 2015. During this time, I managed all enquiries for North West University (Campuses: Potchefstroom, Vanderbijlpark & Mafikeng) relating to new applications, claims, accounts, hospital authorizations, oncology registration & queries, chronic applications and other general enquiries. I liaised with clients, medical aids, hospitals, doctor’s rooms, credit control companies, broker consultants and other providers to ensure clients queries was addressed and sorted out.

In August 2011 I attained my representative qualification and have been appointed as a health care consultant, where I have more than 8 (eight) years hands on experience. In December 2013, I attained my Key Individual (KI) qualification and have more than 6 (six) years’ experience in this regard.

During this period, working with various clients in the financial services sector, I became aware that there is a lack of understanding and knowledge when it came to product options, advice, queries, claims, providers and the industry. Comprehensive Medical & Financial Solutions (Pty) Ltd – (CMFS) was started due to a shortfall in the market to educate and advise clients to maximise their benefits. We assist and educate our clients to aid them to make informed decisions. Our aim is to build a trustworthy relationship with each and every client and to ensure our clients are up to date with necessary information.
